Job summary

You will assist sales with stock retrieval for Omnichannel, support alterations and repairs, oversee stockroom equipment, and handle ad hoc admin tasks. A collaborative, detail‑oriented approach is essential to delivering an exceptional client

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and stock handling.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and stock handling, report discrepancies.
• Assist sales with stock retrieval for Omnichannel and stock pulls.
• Keep back-of-house tidy and compliant with Retail Operations Standards.
• Perform quality control on products and report issues to store lead.
• Support aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalisation).
• Ensure stockroom equipment is functioning; raise issues through internal service channels.
• Handle ad hoc admin tasks and communications with customer service.
• Assist with events, visual merchandising, and stock taking as needed.
