Describe the project/day‑to‑day activities you will be working on: Client is seeking Experienced Level Staff Analysts to join the BCA Production Engineering Simplified Work Instructions team in Renton, WA. This role supports business partners and teammates across multiple Production Engineering teams. Your work will provide high impact, creative solutions to complex problems both independently and as part of a team environment.

• Support the production engineering team responsible for the simplified work initiative.
• Bring experience with facilitation, collaboration, organization, data analysis, and project management.

1st shift, 100% on site in Renton, WA, no relocation, US Person required, no visa sponsorship.

Must Haves

• Microsoft Office suite.
• 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to various audiences, including senior management and executives.
• 3+ years developing plans for organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

Pay Rate Range

Min Pay Rate $45

Max Pay Rate $50
