Capgemini is seeking a senior BI lead to shape and execute enterprise reporting strategy. You will architect scalable analytics using Power BI and Tableau, guiding governance, data modeling, and self-service analytics across business functions.
You will run stakeholder workshops, align priorities, and design executive dashboards and KPI frameworks to enable strategic decision-making. The role requires 10+ years in BI/reporting and strong leadership skills.
Lead enterprise reporting strategy and architecture using Power BI and Tableau to deliver scalable, business focused analytics solutions.
Assess existing reporting portfolios and identify opportunities for report rationalization, consolidation and standardization.
Conduct stakeholder workshops and client meetings to gather requirements, align priorities and recommend reporting improvements.
Design executive dashboards, KPI frameworks and reporting standards that support strategic decision making.
Develop roadmaps to reduce report redundancy, improve governance and increase reporting efficiency across business functions.
Provide thought leadership on BI best practices, data visualization standards, self-service analytics and reporting governance.
Collaborate with business, data engineering and analytics teams to define reporting architectures and data models.
Lead and mentor reporting development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to architectural standards.
Possess 10+ years of BI/reporting experience with strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, data modeling and enterprise reporting solutions.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $48.54/hour - $75.85/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
