You will learn inventory, rotation, and sanitation practices, receive cross-training across kitchen and grocery operations, and have a clear growth path into grocery leadership as LivWell Market grows with the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in back kitchen or food prep preferred.
• ServSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own the dish station and keep utensils, plates, and equipment clean.
• Assist with back kitchen prep, mise en place, and restocking the line.
• Support the secondary kitchen for prepared meals and catering as needed.
• Maintain back kitchen sanitation and temperature logs per NH standards.
• Help stock grocery area as LivWell Market grows.
