Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing facility maintenance/repair or related manufacturing role.
• Familiarity with SOPs, JSAs, and safety regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, track and monitor the maintenance and repair of back end machinery and equipment, and review preventative maintenance data to identify trends and issues.
• Develop and update SOPs for back end equipment, including safe work practices and JSA's.
• Track parts utilization and inventory, and place orders to keep stock on hand.
• Train back end team and evaluate training effectiveness; provide feedback in performance evaluations.
• Lead changeovers, maintenance days, overhauls, and plant shutdowns with prioritization of tasks.
• Prepare written and verbal reports to management as requested.
