You will coordinate maintenance, track training, and help uphold housekeeping standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, plus 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong knowledge of SOPs/JSAs, and proven problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing facility maintenance or related role.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and data analysis.
• Knowledge of SOPs, JSAs, and safety regulations.
• Strong inventory management and parts utilization understanding.
• Troubleshooting machinery and equipment issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizing and project planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repair of back end machinery and track PM data.
• Develop and update SOPs and safety analyses for back end equipment.
• Monitor parts inventory and ensure availability of tools.
• Prepare reports and communicate improvement ideas to management.
• Train back end team and evaluate progress.
