Job summary

This Maintenance role supports the Beverage Division’s Front End operations, ensuring safe, reliable equipment performance across lines and scheduled PMs in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in industrial maintenance.
• Experience aligning machinery.
• Proficient with milling machines, lathe, welder, and shop equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Follows OSHA safety practices and LOTO.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety equipment and area cleanliness; follow PM routines.
• Assist lines (Cupper, Baler, Bodymakers) per supervision.
• Train employees on Front End operation; participate in Training Committee.
• Install, maintain, and repair production equipment; diagnose problems.
• Read blueprints and follow instructions to complete tasks.
• Use mechanical tools and measuring instruments; hoists.
• Plan and perform size conversions on canning equipment.
• Coordinate daily routines with Front End/Back End leads.
• Participate in PMs, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Order parts with PMR supervisor.
