Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Cupertino, CA is seeking a Back-End Department Head (BEDH) to lead logistics and e-commerce operations. You will ensure product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage, while maintaining top stock levels and planograms on the sales floor.

You will guide a team to deliver a seamless customer experience, coach associates for service excellence, and partner with leadership to optimize processes and signage integrity across the department.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook.
• Ability to manage conflict and hold others accountable.
• Fast learner with business sense and adaptability.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Leadership by example and servant leadership approach.
• Retail experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee all Logistics and E-Commerce operations.
• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and tagged.
• Direct on-floor work, provide department training for associates.
• Conduct weekly walks with OM and create worklists aligned to strengths.
• Drive a culture where associates enjoy work and customers enjoy shopping.
• Maintain merchandise presence, drive sales, and customer experience.
• Coach staff for an obsessed customer experience and proper e-commerce presentation.
• Keep receiving areas clean, organized, and operational.
• Execute monthly markdowns, price changes, and stock integrity checks.
• Provide input into operations and merchandising decisions with OM.
