Job summary

NakedMD, Inc is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to act as the air traffic controller of the studio, ensuring patient care runs smoothly. You will prepare trays, maintain cleanup and room readiness, and support front desk as needed. This is a full‑time role requiring Friday and Saturday availability.

The position focuses on operational excellence and reliability, enabling providers to perform flawlessly while keeping every patient’s well‑being at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking require exactness.
• Must be three steps ahead of the schedule.
• Own the studio state and maintain it to standard.
• Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they’re needed
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard — room to room, shift to shift
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role.

Annual base salary range: $20-28/hour based on experience
