NAKED MD is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to act as the backbone of the studio, ensuring flawless patient experiences and smooth provider scheduling.

You’ll manage prep, inventory, documentation, and front desk support, with a focus on precision and reliability. Friday and Saturday availability is required to maintain clinic rhythm.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they’re needed
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you.

Annual base salary range: $20-$28/hour based on experience

• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role.

What You Bring

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is aplus— but a willingness to learn counts for a lot here
• MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license is aplus— not required
