Responsibilities

• Prep and verify procedure trays with precision, ready before use.

• Align the team on daily goals, studio flow, and provider breaks.
• Coordinate provider breaks and meals to keep the schedule on track.
• Monitor and restock supplies to prevent shortages.
• Maintain patient documentation including photos and records.
• Uphold patient dignity and ensure exceptional care.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they’re needed
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard — room to room, shift to shift
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role.

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is aplus— but a willingness to learn counts for a lot here
• MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license is aplus— not required
