Job summary

NakedMD, Inc. is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our studio. You will ensure all procedure trays are prepared and available, open/close shifts, and maintain spotless treatment rooms and back office while supporting the front desk as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a patient-first approach. This full-time position includes weekend availability and offers a base salary range of 40k–60k per year.

Qualifications

• Inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking require precision.
• Three steps ahead of the schedule to keep studio flow.
• Owns the studio state with accountability and reliability.
• Friday and Saturday availability is required.
• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charts and photos.
• Uphold patient dignity and exceptional care.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed; handle special projects.

Annual base salary range: 40k-60k (hourly role)

What You’ll Do

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they’re needed
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard — room to room, shift to shift
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role.
