Job summary

Naked MD is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to ensure flawless patient flow in our Henderson studio. This role is operational and foundational, keeping trays stocked, rooms prepared, and the front desk supported to deliver exceptional care.

You’ll work full-time, rising to meet daily studio schedules, coordinate provider breaks, and maintain meticulous records while upholding patient dignity and comfort in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they’re needed
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you.

What You’ll Do

• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role.

What You Bring

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is aplus— but a willingness to learn counts for a lot here
• MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license is aplus— not required
