You’ll work in a welcoming, inclusive environment, balance multiple customers, assist with omnichannel shopping, execute sales at the register, restock floors, and promote the brand loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Able to resolve issues in a busy retail environment and balance multiple customers.
• Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
