Carter’s, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, explain product styles and benefits, and help shoppers prepare for milestones such as first days of school.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve issues proactively in a busy retail environment.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotions and loyalty program, including credit.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional service and keeping the store safe and clean.
