Carter’s Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, explain product features, and help families prepare for everyday moments with baby essentials and school readiness.

In a welcoming, inclusive environment, you’ll resolve customer questions, execute sales at the register, restock floors, participate in promotions, and protect store safety while delivering outstanding service and maintaining a tidy, inviting shop.
