Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, showcase baby essentials, and guide families through the shopping journey. You will be the first face of the brand, helping parents prepare for everyday moments with care and warm service.

In this role, you’ll manage transactions, assist with omnichannel needs, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Weekend availability and physical stamina are valued in our fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Support omnichannel shopping by assisting customers across channels.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale/register.
• Perform floor replenishment and assist with shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs, including credit options, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe store.
