You’ll be the friendly face of the brand, guiding customers through product styles and benefits while delivering an outstanding in-store experience.

You’ll support omnichannel needs, execute transactions, and maintain a tidy, safe store. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and growth within Carter’s inclusive culture.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed for a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit options.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service in a safe, clean store.
