Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

You’ll greet customers, explain baby essentials, and support families through their parenting journey, balancing multiple customers in a busy store. You’ll participate in omnichannel activities, process POS transactions, restock floors, and promote our promotions and loyalty program while maintaining a clean, safe store.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
