Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a confident B2C Sales Consultant to convert warm leads into bookings in a fully remote role. You’ll manage inquiries, understand customer needs, and recommend services to close sales. A target-driven mindset and strong English communication are essential.

The position offers negotiable base pay plus uncapped commission (OTE), remote work, and generous leave. Prior experience in direct, telesales or business development is required, with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
• Clear and professional communication in English, written and verbal.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and client data.
• Own reliable laptop or desktop.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Proven success in phone-based sales and achieving targets.

The Role
