Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the full order lifecycle for US wholesale customers from entry through ship date. You will collaborate with warehouse, logistics, finance and sales to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and resolve order-to-cash issues within CRM/ERP systems such as NetSuite.

The role emphasizes handling quotes, replenishment guidance, and outbound campaigns to drive reorder revenue, while maintaining focus on routing guides and chargeback reduction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in B2B customer service, wholesale support or inside sales.
• Strong communication, follow-through and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with CRM and ERP/order management.
• Able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to wholesale operations, logistics or 3PL/shipping carriers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale customer enquiries and the full order lifecycle, including entry, changes, allocations, substitutions and ship-date confirmations.
• Resolve order-to-cash issues and document actions in CRM/ERP.
• Coordinate with warehouse/3PL, logistics, finance and sales to support on-time, in-full delivery.
• Follow routing guides and compliance requirements to reduce chargebacks.
• Qualify customer needs and recommend replenishment options and products.
• Prepare quotes, follow up to close and convert service interactions into reorder revenue.
• Run outbound campaigns for reorders, seasonal deadlines and lapsed accounts.
• Manage the US NetSuite B2B CRM tool for US wholesale and Americas distributors.
• Support weekly stock replenishment for owned retail.
