Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process to generate new opportunities or upsell via phone, email, or other electronic communication.
• Oversee responses to customer order and quotation requests for all levels of accounts via outside salespersons, telephone, email, and written/faxed correspondence.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing.
• Support project management activities, track open sales orders, resolve issues, and maintain customer service.
