You will set channel strategy, manage a team of specialists, and drive measurable growth in traffic, engagement, acquisition, and revenue across both sides of the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
• 5 years proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing programs.
• 2 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

• Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education.

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Holland, MI.

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will:

Lead our digital marketing team and own growth and engagement across four key channels - SEO, Social Media, Influencer & Community Management, and Email Marketing & Automations - spanning both our B2B and ecommerce business lines. This person will set channel strategy tailored to each audience, manage a team of specialists, and be accountable for measurable growth in traffic, engagement,acquisition, and revenue across both sides of the business

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a high-performing, data-driven culture that supports business growth and evolving organizational needs.
• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth across multiple business lines and channels.
• Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, including traditional and emerging AI-driven search platforms, to improve discoverability, organic performance, and customer acquisition.
• Direct social media strategies and programs that strengthen brand presence, expand audience reach, enhance engagement, and support business and ecommerce objectives.
• Lead influencer, community management, and brand advocacy initiatives that build customer relationships, increase brand credibility, and drive meaningful audience engagement.
• Oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategies, including audience segmentation, personalization, customer lifecycle communications, and performance optimization across business lines.
• Establish channel performance metrics, analyze results, manage budgets, and drive continuous optimization through data-driven insights, testing, and reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, content, web, CRM, sales, and communications teams to ensure alignment, integration, and execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
• Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
• Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial interiors, furniture, architecture & design (A&D), or related industry.
• Proven success growing social media engagement, audience reach, and brand visibility.
• Experience with Sprout Social, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Listrak, or similar marketing platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve marketing performance.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
