CivilGrid seeks a UX Researcher to lead qualitative and quantitative studies, translating findings into actionable product direction. You will partner with PMs and designers to run usability tests and establish a repeatable research practice and repository.

The role requires 3-5 years of UX research experience, preferably in B2B or technical environments, with strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex qualitative data into clear, impactful points of view.
