Job summary

PR Global Reservations LLC is seeking an Account Manager B2B – Tour Operators USA to manage and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of Tour Operator partners. This on-site role in Miami requires full bilingual English/Spanish capabilities and a proactive approach to business development.

You will drive revenue growth, coordinate promotional campaigns, and ensure accurate reservations while collaborating with Reservations, Revenue Management, Marketing and Finance to optimize partner

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required (written and spoken).
• Experience in account management or business development with Tour Operators.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned Tour Operators and conduct regular business reviews.
• Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities to increase production.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, marketing agreements and account-specific initiatives within guidelines.
• Prepare quotations, coordinate group reservations and support conversion of qualified leads into business.
