Job summary

TDS Telecommunications LLC in Mosinee, WI is seeking an Account Manager to manage an existing customer base, grow revenue, and win new business within a defined market. The role reports to a sales leadership team and includes responsibilities for MACD and renewals to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance, and have access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing account base, contact accounts, negotiate sales, and meet revenue goals.
• Prospect new business, build relationships, cold call, and close sales to grow revenue.
• Prepare proposals and submit new orders; manage MACD for existing customers.
• Develop a sales plan with forecasts and use CRM to track activity and forecasts.
• Attend industry events to identify opportunities and develop contacts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
