GOODWILL IND OF THE CHESAPEAKE INC is seeking a motivated Business Sales Representative in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will connect businesses with workforce solutions through relationship building and tailored staffing services.

Your responsibilities will include reaching out to prospective clients, making daily calls, managing accounts, and presenting staffing solutions. A Bachelor’s degree and prior sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or staffing is preferred.
• Confidence in both phone‑based and in‑person sales interactions.
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make at least 30 daily outreach calls and track activity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Skills

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education
