TruBlue Home Service Ally is seeking a driven B2B Senior Care Solutions Sales Manager to expand our presence in senior care, healthcare, rehabilitation, and post-acute markets in Texas. The role is a hands-on player-coach position, developing new business while establishing a repeatable sales process for future growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, account management, or senior care/healthcare-related sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting.
• Experience managing complex or consultative B2B sales cycles.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned Texas territory as necessary.
• Preferred: Medicare Advantage coverage or DME approvals; negotiating with payers/MCOs.

• Develop new B2B opportunities across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
• Identify, contact, and develop relationships with decision-makers and clinical champions.
• Lead discovery meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, pilots, and follow-ups.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through proposal, pilot, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with management to improve sales messaging and onboarding of future team members.
