TruBlue is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive market development in the senior care space. This field-based role blends business development, outreach, channel building, and market feedback collection in the DFW market.

You will engage with senior care providers, build relationships through calls and in-person visits, and report market feedback in a structured way. The position targets early GTM validation and growth for a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of TENyears of sales experience with healthcare institutions and senior care providers.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Able to travel locally within the DFW area.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain target lists across senior care and healthcare-adjacent channels: Assisted Living, Memory Care, SNF, Rehab, Home Care Agencies, Home Health Agencies, DME, and other referrals.
• Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, walk-in visits and follow-ups.
• Introduce partner products and services to prospective channels and identify early-stage business opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and adoption barriers.
• Help identify pilot opportunities and support early business development efforts.
• Track and report field feedback: response rate, meeting rate, messaging effectiveness, objections, referral opportunities.
• Maintain organized outreach records, contact lists, and pipeline updates.
• Work with the CEO on priority accounts, strategy, and follow-up actions.
• Support light market research and partnership development as needed.
