Job summary

SV Academy offers a complete free, live, instructor-led sales residency with 90 days of paid training. You will conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify inbound leads, and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.

The role includes daily coaching and a path to a long-term sales position within SV Academy's partner network. Program begins with Days 1–10 of intensive instruction on Zoom, followed by progression to the partner's payroll after Day 100 if

Qualifications

• English proficiency for professional work communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No prior sales experience required.
• Comfortable with phone calls, including cold calls.
• Coachable and able to act on feedback.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Motivated by high-performance environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
