Responsibilities
  • Build long-term relationships with customers as the primary point of contact
  • Manage your book of business through productivity and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with internal business partners
  • Ensure current clients are satisfied and receive exceptional service
  • Drive sales and profit margins by managing existing customer accounts
  • Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
  • Develop internal and external business relationships
  • Make outbound sales calls to grow the customer base
  • Educate customers on products, programs, and opportunities
Qualifications
  • High level of integrity in all dealings
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and close sales opportunities
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of product, pricing, competition, and sales objectives
  • Ability to sell company values and services via phone and internet

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 6+ months relevant experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
