Job summary

Paul's Ace Hardware is seeking a Business-to-Business Specialist in Scottsdale, AZ to coordinate and grow the B2B sales program while building lasting customer relationships. The role requires outside sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will market to B2B customers, generate leads, manage orders, and collaborate with vendors to source products.

Qualifications

• Education: High School degree; some college preferred.
• Experience: Outside sales and marketing with retail programs; establishing relationships and new accounts.
• Retail environment experience in marketing, sales, or back office.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain activities of B2B sales; build and maintain customer relationships.
• Market program to B2B customers and generate sales leads.
• Create and maintain customer relationships; learn customer base by interviewing customers and visiting outside business.
• Process customer orders; pick, pack, and deliver items for customers as needed.
• Establish sourcing of products from vendors and monitor competitors’ pricing and marketing efforts.
• Track B2B purchases to identify trends and opportunities; coordinate local community involvement.
