Job summary

CRDN, the Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network, is looking for an experienced salesperson to grow our contents restoration services in New York's Hudson Valley. You will split time between outreach to insurance carriers, agents, adjusters, and property managers and field work at client sites.

You will learn restoration processes, scope jobs, coordinate with operations, and ensure a smooth handoff from sales to execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (restoration/insurance a plus).
• Self-motivated with prospecting, networking and closing new business.
• Willingness to learn project management; no PM experience required, but to grow into it.
• Comfortable working across office, client sites, and warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage new B2B business from outreach to commercial clients.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships for repeat/referral business.
• Represent CRDN on jobsites and explain restoration processes.
• Learn workflows in the warehouse to scope jobs and set expectations.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth handoffs from sale to execution.
• Take on project management tasks: timelines, logistics, and quality.
• Maintain leads, opportunities, and account activity in the CRM.
• Represent the CRDN brand professionally in client and community interactions.
