Job summary

CRDN, the Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network, is seeking an experienced salesperson to drive B2B growth for contents restoration services. You will build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and commercial accounts while developing hands-on project management skills.

You will split your time between sales outreach, client meetings, and onsite project coordination, starting new jobs, coordinating logistics, and ensuring work meets CRDN standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Willingness to learn project management and take on PM responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local visits.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage new B2B business through outreach to insurance carriers, agents, adjusters, property managers, and commercial clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships that create repeat and referral business.
• Represent CRDN at jobsites, explaining restoration processes for textiles, electronics, artwork, and contents.
• Learn restoration workflows in the warehouse to scope jobs and set client expectations.
• Partner with operations and production teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project execution.
• Progressively take on project management responsibilities—tracking timelines and coordinating logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and account activity in our CRM.
• Represent the CRDN brand professionally in client and community interactions.
