Rise Financial Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to drive revenue and mentor the sales team. The role blends new business development with training responsibilities, delivering compelling product presentations and closing deals.

You will prospect, nurture client relationships, meet sales targets, and coach junior staff. Training duties include delivering programs, mentoring, and monitoring effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in B2B with a track record of meeting targets.
• Preferred coaching or mentoring experience, open to learning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and team coaching ability.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation to identify new clients.
• Build and nurture relationships for repeat business and retention.
• Present products/services, negotiate contracts, close sales.
