You will connect with business owners in a B2B setting, present supplemental insurance solutions, train new team members in the field, and help drive growth through coaching, performance goals, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• One or more years of B2B or consultative sales experience preferred.
• Must be willing to travel within your region (occasional overnight trips).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local, in-person sales.
• Smartphone, iPad, and data plan for CRM and sales tools.
• Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain—state licensing assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• Sell to local business owners in a true B2B environment and build trust-based relationships.
• Present supplemental benefit plans clearly to guide clients to the right solutions.
• Set and exceed goals with support from leadership and your team.
• Mentor and support new team members in the field and provide coaching.
