Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel within your region (occasional overnight trips)
• Smartphone, iPad, and data plan for CRM and sales tools
• Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain—state licensing assistance provided)
• One or more years of B2B or consultative sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Representative: connect with local business owners in a B2B environment, build trust-based relationships, present supplemental benefit plans clearly, exceed goals with support from leadership.
• As a Field Trainer: mentor and support new team members, provide coaching and feedback to build skills and confidence, contribute to a culture of collaboration and learning
