R.I.S.E. Financial is seeking a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to drive new business and train a growing team. You will meet with prospective clients, explain supplemental insurance solutions, and build a strong sales pipeline.

You’ll coach junior reps, implement training programs, and report on progress. A results‑driven, service‑oriented mindset is essential to exceed targets in a fast, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance/financial services, with a track record of meeting goals.
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring sales teams to success is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that inspire trust and action.
• Service-focused mindset with the ability to deliver exceptional value while achieving sales targets.

• Drive Direct Business to Business Sales: identify and close new clients, educate on supplemental insurance, and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: coach and train new and existing reps, develop and execute new training programs, set clear objectives.
• Collaborate for Growth: align with senior management on goals, contribute to growth strategies, provide progress reports.
