Bob’s Discount Furniture seeks a B2B Sales Manager to lead 9 Inside and Outside Sales associates across both channels. You will coach, develop, and drive accountability, pipeline oversight, CRM discipline, and revenue growth.

The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding existing relationships, and improving retention with a data-driven approach. The position requires strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B Sales experience
• 3+ years of people leadership, coaching or team management experience
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 9 Inside and Outside Sales associates across both channels.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s focused on coaching, accountability, pipeline review, and skill development.
• Monitor and improve key metrics: revenue, active accounts, new account acquisition, customer retention, repeat purchase activity, pipeline coverage, and CRM compliance.
• Maintain revenue forecasting and identify pipeline gaps; ensure smooth handoffs between Outside and Inside Sales.
• Master Pipedrive and drive full team adoption; audit CRM usage and data quality.
