Trillium Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Green Bay area. You will drive new business by making targeted sales calls, expanding the client base, and negotiating bids and service agreements.

You’ll join a team of seasoned reps, receive mentorship, and work to build a successful sales plan. The role is not remote and offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, with top performers earning substantial income over time.

Qualifications

• Previous staffing or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related course of study preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to targeted prospective clients to expand the current client base.
• Mentored by an experienced team to develop and implement a sales plan, negotiate pricing, and prepare bids and service agreements.
