Job summary

Trillium Staffing is looking for a driven sales representative to join their team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role offers a base salary of $50-60k/year with uncapped commissions, allowing representatives to earn an average of $55-70k in the first year and more in subsequent years.

Responsibilities include making sales calls, developing a sales plan, and negotiating service agreements. Candidates with previous staffing or B2B sales experience and an Associate Degree are preferred. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing or B2B sales is preferred.
• An Associate Degree or equivalent experience in business or management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to prospective clients to expand the client base.
• Develop and implement a sales plan.
• Negotiate pricing and prepare bids and service agreements.
