AlphaGraphics of Downtown Raleigh is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business in the Raleigh area and expand our portfolio of commercial printing, promotional products, and branded apparel solutions.

You will work directly with business owners and marketing teams to understand needs, craft integrated proposals, and shepherd opportunities from prospecting through close. This role rewards a hunter mentality and strong relationship-building with performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience.
• New-business oriented with hunter mentality.
• Comfortable prospecting and opening doors with new accounts.
• Skilled at consultative and relationship-based selling.
• Motivated by achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
• Able to identify cross-selling opportunities and expand account relationships.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities and projects.
• An excellent communicator and presenter.
• Experienced with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
• Experience selling commercial printing, promotional products, branded apparel, or marketing services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop New Business: Prospect and develop new B2B accounts throughout Raleigh and surrounding market.
• Identify organizations with ongoing needs for printing, promotional products, branded apparel, signage, and marketing materials.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and in-person meetings.
• Target medium and large organizations with recurring and high-value opportunities.
• Develop relationships with multiple decision-makers within customer organizations.
