Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions of Liberty Harbor is seeking a Sales Associate to help grow the top of the sales funnel. You will research prospects, perform outbound outreach, and set qualified appointments for our sales team.

You'll connect with decision-makers, master outbound outreach, and contribute to growth across 20+ facility service lines while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with leadership to refine strategies and messaging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in outbound, inside, or sales development roles (B2B experience a plus).
• Excellent phone presence, written communication, and ability to build rapport quickly.
• High comfort level with outbound prospecting and achieving activity goals.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify businesses in the Liberty Harbor market that could benefit from City Wide's services.
• Execute 50-100 high-quality outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) each day to build interest and schedule qualified appointments.
• Schedule, confirm, and document appointments, creating a seamless handoff to sales executives.
• Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all outreach efforts and communications.
• Collaborate regularly with leadership to review progress, refine outreach strategies, and deliver consistent messaging.
• Provide valuable insights to leadership on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
