Job summary

Studio W.I.P. is seeking a Sales Lead to own all revenue across five streams and drive growth beyond $1M in annual revenue. This is a 100% commission-based role with potential to move to a base + commission as you scale the team.

You’ll manage inbound leads, build outbound efforts, and seal both corporate events and experiential projects. Based in or near Chicago or Atlanta, you’ll report to the founder and guide pricing, quotes, and retainers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing B2B deals with a quota.
• Experience in events, experiential marketing, or agency services is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales process and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the full pipeline: respond to, qualify, quote, and close inbound leads.
• Build our first outbound motion targeting HR/People teams and event agencies.
• Convert repeat-rate into structured retainers and annual agreements.
• Meet with clients in person and virtually to close deals.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews with the founder and monthly revenue reporting by stream.
