Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–4 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident engaging with business owners and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Connect and consult with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Develop new B2B accounts within an assigned territory.
• Conduct one-on-one sales presentations and recommend solutions.
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation through account acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with new business customers.
• Track territory activity and account follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance against KPIs.
