Job summary

Self Money Care in Miami is seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Manager to own paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic activities across NA, ANZ and UK/IR. You will drive MQL growth and pipeline while optimizing landing pages and conversion strategies for a B2B SaaS buyer journey.

Collaboration with Directors of Demand Generation, PMO, and brand teams is essential, as you build scalable reporting infrastructure to forecast revenue.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of hands-on performance marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Advanced Google Ads including Performance Max and Display.
• Experience with Terminus, 6sense, or Demandbase for ABM campaigns.
• Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, and attribution tools.
• Strong ability to design and analyze landing page tests.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for MQL growth and ROI.
• Lead testing and optimization across non-search channels.
• Collaborate with demand generation and brand teams.
• Provide reporting and forecasting to leadership.
