Responsibilities

• Contact customers to collect past-due B2B receivables and document outcomes.
• Review aging and account status to prioritize outreach and cash collection goals.
• Research and help resolve payment issues by partnering with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse.
• Set up and monitor payment commitments and plans per guidelines.
