Power Digital Marketing is a growth-focused AI-enabled agency seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to support and own end-to-end campaigns for a portfolio of core clients. You will collaborate with lead Strategists, monitor performance, and optimize across Meta, Google, and other platforms.

You will leverage data-driven insights, maintain rigorous QA, and communicate results with clients. The role offers flexible remote/hybrid work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, agency a plus.
• 1+ years in Direct Response marketing for E‑Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years managing paid ads on Meta or Google for direct response campaigns.
• 1+ years experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct response efforts.
• 1+ years experience with Google Analytics and Shopify; other platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid media platforms with accurate setup and QA.
• Own timelines, budgets, and day-to-day performance with minimal oversight.
• Execute end-to-end paid advertising programs including builds, optimizations, reporting, and pacing.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend data-backed optimizations.
• Incorporate client objectives and brand nuances into strategy and execution.
• Present performance insights through clear data storytelling to clients.
