Job summary

The Meier Agency is seeking an Outside Sales Representative Trainer to develop and lead training for sales reps and future leaders. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, in-person and online sessions, and rapid growth for top performers.

You will work to build a strong book of business in a B2B setting, while learning our insurance products, processes and CRM. A license and ongoing professional development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for working with other professionals and developing future leaders.
• Strong background in sales, preferably within the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in mentoring or coaching, with a passion for helping others succeed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training tools.
• Experience using sales-related software is beneficial (CRM).
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and obtain your license, insurance programs, and regulatory knowledge.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be a good communicator and able to analyze complex insurance concepts.
