Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep in Texas to sell pest management solutions to commercial clients, leveraging an iconic brand and award-winning training to grow your book of business.

Expect a competitive base with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle after training, and a full benefits package. No industry experience required—training provided to help you succeed. You will inspect sites, build relationships, and work toward sales goals.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's products and services and how to sell them to various industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and ensure safety
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of commercial properties with training provided
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using provided tools
